The Gite consists of two good sized bedrooms. One double and 1 twin room and a large living area with well equipped kitchen, Dining table and chairs, 2 sofas and TV.
A lot of thought has gone into the equipment we provide within the Gite and includes washer dryer, Nespresso machine, Iron, Hair Dryer, TV with English freesat, microwave/ Convector Oven, fridge, dishwasher & wifi, supplying everything you need for your home from home. The shower room and separate toilet have recently been refurbished to a high standard.
The bedrooms are large with hanging for clothes. The kitchen / dining room has a table and chairs as well as two sofas to offer comfortable seating. patio doors open onto the private and fenced garden area.
There is a dining table and chairs and Gas BBQ provided and we also provide sun loungers.
The pool is heated from June to September and is shared with the other apartment. The large pool area is big enough to allow guests to have their own sunbed and parasols are provided. There is a pool house which has a toilet and shady sitting area. There is easy entrance and exit from the pool 11.7m x 5.3m via the roman steps into the shallow end at 1m deep. For swimmers/adults, the other end is deep at 2m. There is an outside shower to wash of the sun oil before entering the pool and the pool is fenced off and has a pool alarm to meet statutory requirements. There are many pretty areas to sit and relax in the garden.
Gym: we now have a Gym available with treadmill, Rowing machine, Elliptical trainer, Free weights, floor mats, dumb bells, abs bench and more

A welcome pack to get you started, this includes a local red and local white wine, Some coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine, filter coffee, Bread, toilet roll, washing up liquid and dish washer tablet. (if we have forgotten anything, just let us know and we will aim to provide it).

You will have your own entrance and private fenced garden.
COVID19...... please note that our Gite is deep cleaned before you check in. We sterilise all kitchen and other surfaces such as tables, door handles, remote controls, floors and bathroom.
Bedding, towels etc are washed on a hot wash.
The beautiful swimming pool is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene.
The Lot valley is regarded to be the least populated department in France and we are situated on the very edge of a medieval village, so peace and tranquility is yours but village facilities are within walking distance.
