A charming 1 double bedroom Gite within a house with its own entrance, terrace and garden. Located in the picturesque village of Puy L'Eveque, perched just above the Lot River, South West France.

A lot of thought has gone into the equipment we provide within the Gite and includes a Nespresso machine, Iron, Hair Dryer, TV with English freesat, cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher & wifi, supplying everything you need for your home from home. The shower room and separate toilet have recently been refurbished to a high standard.
The bedroom is large with hanging for clothes, a seating area and dressing table. The kitchen / dining room has a table and chairs to offer comfortable seating. patio doors open onto the private and fenced garden area.
There is a dining table and chairs and Gas BBQ provided and we also provide sun loungers.
The pool is heated from June to September and is shared with the other apartment. The pool area is big enough to allow guests to haver their own sunbed and parasols are provided. There is a pool house which has a toilet and shady sitting area. There is easy entrance and exit from the pool 11.7m x 5.3m via the roman steps into the shallow end at 1m deep. For swimmers/adults, the other end is deep at 2m. There is an outside shower to wash of the sun oil before entering the pool and the pool is fenced off and has a pool alarm to meet statutory requirements. There are many pretty areas to sit and relax in the garden.

There are many pretty areas to sit and relax in the garden. Our location is on the edge of the village on high ground with views down over the village rooftops and beyond to the Lot River and vineyards on the opposite bank.
The lane is very quiet and turns into an unmade track a short distance up the lane. There are only about 12 houses, so it is very quiet.
There is ample parking for guests vehicles.
The private terrace and fenced garden includes a table and chairs, bbq and sun loungers. There are many pretty places to relax in the garden.
The pool is heated from 1st June-1st October to a minimum 28c. The pool is shared with the other apartment. The pool area is big enough to allow all guests to have their own sun bed and sun parasols are provided. There is a pool house which has a toilet/changing area, sink, fridge/freezer, and a shady sitting area. There is easy entry/exit from the pool 10.8m x 5.3m via the roman steps into the shallow end at 1m. For swimmers/adults the opposite end is deeper at 2m. There is an outside shower. The pool is fenced to meet with statutory requirements and also has a pool alarm.

You will have your own entrance and private fenced garden. But this property is not suitable for children under the age of 14
Check in time is between 4PM and 8PM and check out time is berfore 10AM. Check in and check out in July and August are Saturday's only.
COVID19...... please note that our Gite is deep cleaned before you check in. We sterilise all kitchen and other surfaces such as tables, door handles, remote controls, floors and bathroom.
Bedding, towels etc are washed on a hot wash.
The beautiful swimming pool is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene.
The Lot valley is regarded to be the least populated department in France and we are situated on the very edge of a medieval village, so peace and tranquility is yours but village facilities are within walking distance.
